Q:What is your MOQ?
-10,000 units is MOQ for pump, sprayer and tube.
-5000 units is MOQ for aluminum bottle/acrylic jar.

Q:What is your lead time for sample/custom tooling/customized sample/mass production?
-The lead time for stock sample is within 1-3 days.
-The lead time for custom tooling is within 30 days.
-The lead time for customized sample is available within7-14 days, depending on the complexity of the artwork, after the final artwork has been approved.
-The lead-time for mass production is approximately 30 days from the date deposit has been received.

Q:What form of payment do you accept?
-We accept T/T(wire transfer),Western Union, Money Gram, L/C at sight.

Q:Can I get samples to test my product?
-Yes, you can.
-Our stock samples are free of charge.
-We charge a nominal shipping cost or you may provide us with your UPS or FedEx account number, and we can expedite them at your expense.

Q: What is the shipping way?
-20-30 days by sea to your nearest seaport.
-2-5 days by air to your nearest airport.
-3-5 days by express to your doorstep.

Q:I am buying from another supplier, but need better service, would you match or beat the price I am paying?
-We always feel we provide the best service and competitive prices. We would be more than happy to personalize a competitive quote for you, just email us.

Q:Can I get different type/size of packaging material that are not featured on your site?
-Yes, you can. Not all of our products are displayed on the website. Please send us product photo, we will try to find a packaging solution for you.

Q:How do you guarantee product quality ?
-We have QC department. All products will be tested before shipment.

Q:How do I know if your product is compatible with mine ?
-All of our products are produced strictly according to international standard.
-You should always TEST your product with our product you have selected prior to use.
-We make no guarantee, warranty, or recommendation for any intended use.
-We will be very happy to assist you with your test in any possible way.

Q:Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time?
-The production day is relatively fixed as all orders are put into production schedule.
-One way to quicken delivery time is to shorten preparation work. An effective and qualified communication between seller and buyer will speed up the whole process.
